Chase Bank Universal Banker told me I could not deposit money into the college savings account I set up for my granddaughter because it was dormant and the beneficiary whom was my son had to go and reactivate the account, but he was not the one who opened the account, went to Tinley Park and the Branch Manager stated Chase on Torrence gave me wrong info and the Branch Manager reactivated the acct , now I know where to go to get excellent and accurate service and it will never again be on Torrence

Sat in the drive-thru with no one else for over 15 minutes the teller opened the drawer and walked away. I got feed up and went to another location
