This chase always seems to have issues with it's ATMs.. All three ATMs are down mother's Day weekend.. no cash withdrawals on a busy weekend is terrible.
You better not ever call because they absolutely will not answer the phone then when you go in and ask why it’s always gonna be “we’ve been busy all day” Chase is great, this branch not so much
I always bank with Leo! Really awesome person to do business with.
Probably my worst experience at Chase. Waited for more than 30 mins to not get helped while the manager and one of the bankers talked in the middle of floor like I hadn’t been sitting there smh it almost came off like they didn’t want to service me because I was a young black guy smh. Manager should definitely be fired
