I am NOT a member at this point so I called for information on new accounts. I must say that I am disappointed in the you lady who answered the phone because when I inquired about the conditions for zero dollar service fees I was never told about the Veterans option until I asked! This is Memorial Day weekend and too many people (especially the young) think it's about a 3 day party. We Veterans know the cost first hand. Sad commentary.
