I’ve read the reviews at the 3 local banks in the area- 2 in Oak Park and 1 in Berwyn. Decidedly dismal customer service. I was looking for a new bank for my retirement account. It doesn’t look like it will be CHASE. I’m honestly disappointed.
Went in to add a manager to business account on Saturday 2 hours prior to closing as a walk in. I understand sat could be busy so I checked it was not crowded, each banker had a customer and no one else waiting so decided to wait. Observed customers leave from each bankers office. First one walked out and didn't even asked/ said anything went out came back with lunch and went in the back. Probably waited another 10 minutes as the second banker with no customer also never came out to ask what we were there for...So I tried to... read more
