If you are black and have a large deposit, don't gk here. The black girl woth the glasses and messy braided bun thought she was going to interrogate me for making a large sum deposit. I went to the bank on Oak Park and lake street and they took my deposit now problem. I didn't have rj do extra signage and sign a contract just to make a deposit. Black guys can't have any money? YIKES.

I’ve read the reviews at the 3 local banks in the area- 2 in Oak Park and 1 in Berwyn. Decidedly dismal customer service. I was looking for a new bank for my retirement account. It doesn’t look like it will be CHASE. I’m honestly disappointed.
