Stepped into Chase Bank here on Madison and Oak Park. When first walking in I felt a little uneasy with a couple checks from a new payroll my company uses that I questioned. I was greeted by a wonderful face the cashier named Alijah. Looking at the checks she questioned them same as I did because it was checks that she has never seen before as well. If you come here for a bank service make sure they can actually service you before they make you jump through the hoops and come in 3 times only to tell you they cant help you. If that was the case you should have started off with hey we cant help you, rather than wasting my time and my efforts only for it to be no. Look at everything before you tell someone to do something
Awful service at the drive through window completely wasted my time.
If you are black and have a large deposit, don't gk here. The black girl woth the glasses and messy braided bun thought she was going to interrogate me for making a large sum deposit. I went to the bank on Oak Park and lake street and they took my deposit now problem. I didn't have rj do extra signage and sign a contract just to make a deposit. Black guys can't have any money? YIKES.
