I'm really sad I have no choice but to find another bank. When I first opened my account the only request I made is that my account not be overdrafted at any point and was promised that if my account has insufficient funds then my card would be declined and the same for automatic payments. They lied, I came in after being overdrafted in the next year and they said I did in fact have overdraft protection and so they disabled it for me. They lied again.
