We opened a new checking account last week. Melissa was very helpful getting us opened. The manager went out of her way to introduce herself and thank us.

Went in to open business account. No one in the lobby to guide me to make appointment or to say anything for that matter. Finally had to go talk to a teller. She said you need an appointment for another day, there’s no business banker’s available. That’s it. Very cold and unprofessional. And there was no one else in the bank except employees.

First they screw up the new account by not entering in a coupon code accurately, then the resolution which sounds easy enough per customer service is to go through the branch directly. Unless you schedule time off of work it is impossible to get ahold of anyone as the banker Robert Flowers does not reply to emails nor does anyone answer the phone.

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Chase Bank. Every time I call for help, I get transferred from one department to another, and no one ever takes ownership of the issue. My wire transfer was placed on hold, and despite multiple calls, no one could provide a clear explanation or solution. What’s most disappointing is the lack of urgency and accountability. Representatives seem either untrained or unwilling to help, and there’s no option to escalate or expedite the situation. It feels like no one actually cares... read more
