Today 09/04/2026, I have a terrible experience in this branch. I came in because I was having issues with my account, and they turned me down. They said they're have another client to attend to, even though I had appointment with them. They have zero customer service relations. I had to go, and open my acc in another bank.

Horrible service everytime especially from the branch manager. She and the personal bankers at this location have been very rude, abrasive and unprofessional. The lack of customer service and knowledge is very apparent throughout. The manager tends to be very arogant as well, although she has nothing to be arogant about. I recommend driving to a more sophisticated Chase branch then to deal with the one in Willis.

Go to ANY branch but this branch. The customer service is terrible and the branch manager is just as bad—which makes sense. Great service and leadership comes from the top and trickles down. Be prepared to have an appointment and if you have a question, be prepared to drive to the branch because they will not answer their phones.
