My experience today was utterly disrespectful, I walk in as an account holder to deposit money into my account. Upon presenting my money in cash and coins, I was told that "oh you got some cash well that doesn't sound very good". Then proceed to ask me if I wanted coin roll for the loose change I had presented. I felt disrespected and neglected as an account holder.
They should close this location down. Their lack of customer service and training including the new management Amy. I went here to set up my online account and they ended helping in getting it locked and when i went back for support in recovering it, they were rude about it and made me wait for over an hour while they help other people that arrive after me and i left.
Only one teller and alot of people took me 30 minutes
First time going in feeling stressed out,over a lost bank card lady at the front was very nice and helpful with a smile!:)
