Full service always with a smile..!
When opening a new account under a "$$" added promotion...they never added the "coupon code" and now won't honor the promotion. They've been giving me the run-around for 3 months after I patiently waited 3 months for the "$$" to be added to account. The "bankers" never answer a phone and require you to email. But try to find an email for them without going in to get a business card.

Empleados totalmente ineptos en este banco de ese lugar un teller cometió un error depositando en mi cuenta un dinero q no es mio. No saben hacer su trabajo. Afectando mis finanzas no vayan a este banco son unos ineptos y poco profesionales. No validan la información de cliente haciendo transacciones incorrectas.
It's nice that there are two drive up ATMs so it's easy to get cash quickly. Please open a branch in Livingston though. When I moved here from out of state I wasn't aware chase branches were so few and far between.
