Walked in at 3:00pm on a weekday looking to open a bank account. I checked the door before I walked in and it said they closed at 5:00pm. I walked up to a teller asking where to go to open a bank account. She tells me I’m too late to open a bank account and that there are already 3 people in line waiting to be helped. She said I’d have to come in another day. I was a little confused. I was just helped at Wells Fargo the same day and it only took them 10 minutes to help me out. Excellent service from all employees. Banking services are easily accessible as is investment services. All employees are committed to providing excellent service.
No notary but everyone else was friendly.
