Heather was very rude and disrespectful when I was in there being VERY impolite she needs to take that little attitude of hers elsewhere….
After speaking with multiple people on the phone, I decided to go in person and solve the situation there. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted kindly, and Brandon sat me down to figure out the issue I was having. He was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful in so many ways.
Calvin is very patient and give me a great support. I appreciated!☺️
One of the bank teller was really rude, kept crossing her arms and refused to provide further assistance. I am saying she was being racist, but then the very next customer, who was clearly white, walked in — and suddenly, her whole attitude changed. She became super friendly and polite.
Fast friendly service & They actually remember me by name.❤️
