After speaking with multiple people on the phone, I decided to go in person and solve the situation there. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted kindly, and Brandon sat me down to figure out the issue I was having. He was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful in so many ways.

One of the bank teller was really rude, kept crossing her arms and refused to provide further assistance. I am saying she was being racist, but then the very next customer, who was clearly white, walked in — and suddenly, her whole attitude changed. She became super friendly and polite.

Walked in at 3:00pm on a weekday looking to open a bank account. I checked the door before I walked in and it said they closed at 5:00pm. I walked up to a teller asking where to go to open a bank account. She tells me I’m too late to open a bank account and that there are already 3 people in line waiting to be helped.
