I had tried to cash a check at 3 places before my housmate who has an account at your branch could see if he could help.It took some time due to policy changes but Dina went above and beyond to get it cashed. It was an unexpected check that arrived on my 70th BD. Dina was a blessing, very professional and happy to help! Hang on to her, she is an assest to Chase !!
