One of the bank teller was really rude, kept crossing her arms and refused to provide further assistance. I am saying she was being racist, but then the very next customer, who was clearly white, walked in — and suddenly, her whole attitude changed. She became super friendly and polite.

Walked in at 3:00pm on a weekday looking to open a bank account. I checked the door before I walked in and it said they closed at 5:00pm. I walked up to a teller asking where to go to open a bank account. She tells me I’m too late to open a bank account and that there are already 3 people in line waiting to be helped. She said I’d have to come in another day. I was a little confused. I was just helped at Wells Fargo the same day and it only took them 10 minutes to help me out.
