Best bank around.
Absolutely ridiculous. I received payment from an insurance company drawn on their bank and they REFUSED to cash unless I opened an account.
Chase is holding an $18k check for 9 days despite me requesting early release multiple times. US Bank assured customer that Chase has the money so their is no reason for Chase to be holding my money so I can't ship the customer his product. I won't be cashing anymore checks at Chase.
