Finally had enough of this banks bs. We’re pulling our business account and our personal accounts from this bank. They are so non customer friendly at this location. Extraco I’m sure will do a much better job. Thank you chase for giving us your middle finger in our face.
Bad experience here! Husband tried to make a withdrawal from our shared business account, but because his name is not on the card(its on our actual account though) they said they couldnt do it. Teller was rude and immature, manager was of no help at all. I honestly am not sure why I still bank with Chase when every time I try to use their services it is a headache.
