I only had to make a deposit, so I went to the drive-thru rather than go inside. When I pulled up, I was the first one in line at one of the drive-thru lanes. I was taken care of immediately and on my way within 5 minutes.
I’ve recently moved from another state to Temple area. I really wasn’t impressed at all with chase in the first place but remain with them. In lieu of giving me a cashier check at no cost I then requested cash for $8,000. Very stupid. Banks must pay for cash should they need it. Teller didn’t even budge gave me the cash to pay back my daughter. So instead of a nice simple transaction we had to immediately take the cash and deposit into her bank cross town. That’s an inconvenience. What happened to REAL customer service
Years later the phone is still covered in cobwebs. All I wanted to know was if there was a notary in
if i could give negative stars i would. the teller said they were busy so she didn’t know if a banker was available, thinking she was going to ask one to be kind and professional she didn’t she just stared at me….i asked if she was going to ask one of them (there was no one with any bankers.) she said no… i’m in shock!!!! the fact she wouldn’t even bother to ask any bankers if they were available to assist me just was ridiculous. chase really needs to move things more online because having to go in is an absolute headache.
