The worst Chase bank I have ever been to, the employees attitude is hostile and rude, they look at you like they don’t want your business and it doesn’t matter how polite you are, I went with my daughters to open up a business account and it’s been twice by 2 different employees that are rude and brash. Finally we just decided to go to Harker Heights Chase and there they were amazing employees, treated us with kindness and respect. Do nottttt go here!! Avoid this location at all costs. Every worker here is rude and condescending. They all swear they are busy with clients and cannot help you but in reality they just sit in their cubicle doing nothing. This location is a joke.
