I have always received great customer support and service from the Temple location.
I became a Chase customer in San Antonio, TX 44 yrs ago when they purchased (the original Alamo Bank) MBank Alamo and was extremely pleased with the service they provided. After relocating to Belton, TX 5 ½ yrs ago the closet Chase Bank was in Temple, TX at 2362 SW H K Dodgen Loop. This facility has proven to be the absolute worst that I have ever encountered.
