I became a Chase customer in San Antonio, TX 44 yrs ago when they purchased (the original Alamo Bank) MBank Alamo and was extremely pleased with the service they provided. After relocating to Belton, TX 5 ½ yrs ago the closet Chase Bank was in Temple, TX at 2362 SW H K Dodgen Loop. This facility has proven to be the absolute worst that I have ever encountered. Worst chase bank. Incredibly slow and very poor customer service
Can you get any slower. This bank is a disgrace
I only had to make a deposit, so I went to the drive-thru rather than go inside. When I pulled up, I was the first one in line at one of the drive-thru lanes. I was taken care of immediately and on my way within 5 minutes.
