I've only been to this Chase Bank one time since moving to Temple a week ago. I didn't go inside but used the drive thru. I was less than impressed. I went because I needed to deposit a fairly decent amount of cash. Every Chase drive thru that I have deposited this way in the last 15 years had no problem taking my cash deposit with just giving them my Debit card and drivers license. I went into the lobby with cash. I had to get a cashier’s check. They refused to give me one (initially she said it was $10 and I said “great. Not a problem at all!” I was told it was because I didn’t have a savings nor checking account with them. I had already handed her my Chase Mastercard that I actively use for identification with my license - and she had already looked it up and confirmed it was active. One-time Chase for the best bank to do business with now they got so many policies and rules that now I'm putting down in the same category as Bank of America Wells Fargo any big corporate Banks
