Horrible service! On 1/29/2024 I scheduled an appointment to speak to a banker. I was scheduled with Ezequiel Rivas I opened a high school checking account then asked him if I can open another chase credit card and transfer some of the balance from my existing credit card to the new one. He said it’s possible and I open another credit card line. He called the credit card department and they said it’s not possible until I get the new credit card.
