OMG, I've had my account with Chase for so long, I'm seriously thinking of canceling. The service is terrible. Jeremy helped me—well, if you can even call it that—and there were 25 minutes left before closing time. He said there was no one available to help me, but in his cubicle was a woman who looked very familiar to him, judging by the way she was with him. I visited to withdraw money from my business account in order to purchase a money order elsewhere. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a male employee who looked at me in a smug, unprofessional manner before walking away.
