I had a very disappointing experience at this Chase branch due to the service we received from the teller, Arlene. My 19-year-old daughter simply needed to cash a check that was drawn on a Chase Bank account. Instead of attempting to verify or process the check, Arlene repeatedly pressured my daughter to open a Chase account. It felt like we were being forced to become customers just to cash a check, which was extremely frustrating.
