I came here bright and early as soon as they opened at 9am, which they even opened a little early since we were waiting and the lady who greeted me was so sweet and helped me because I looked very lost. I had came to open a bank account for the first time and Melissa helped me throughout my appointment and she was so nice, chatted with me and talked me through the whole process even showing me how the chase app works and how to add apple pay. The ATM machines outside will steal your money. They tell you to call the number and they’re just as clueless. Not sure how much money I deposited because I didn’t count it before hand. (My bad, I assumed the machine would count it for me since it was almost 300 in random bills I’ve had in my purse for weeks). The people inside say there’s a camera that counts everything so if you call they can see it. They lied. Their machines suck. I don’t know if I’m ever getting the real amount of money back.
