Took off work to get my son his first checking account. I didn't make an appointment and arrived at this bank and there was not 1 customer in entire bank. I was told they were to busy. Lady said it takes to long. Not one person in bank that didn't work there and there was plenty of them. Terrible first experience for my son and I do t want to bank at chase bank any longer over this. Worst ever.
1 star bc I have a cashier check from them it was sent to me on 6/2/20 and it is 6/17/20 and they said doesn't show the correct amount when I show them the paperwork to that had the amount on there as same as the check and it said chase cashier's check are available the next day of the day it was sent to you
