Went in for a notary. Had to wait for the clerk to count all the coins and put them in rolls. Then she stopped to check her phone. Then she went over to chat and laugh with a coworker. Then she went back behind the counter to get some water and check her phone again. Then she decided to help me. I was the only person in there waiting for help. Very rude, lazy, and unprofessional.
I called to ask about getting a credit card and the lady I smoke with was very unprofessional I said thankyou and she didn’t even say your welcome she hung up she’s lucky I don’t know her name terrible service
Helped my handicapped Mother to do some transactions, was greeted well, and assisted her to a teller at the lowered window. Then the branch manager asked me if I was in the company of the person he witnessed me entered the building with, then asked if I wanted to take a seat far from my mother who may need help at any moment, then walked off and spoke loudly "Just wanted to make him comfortable" with his fake smile and cadence. This place sucks, they’re so unhelpful. And the ATMs don’t work. You’re better off going to Fry’s with your money concerns than here
