I had a friend go to this location hoping to open a bank account, but they were wrongly told that only U.S. citizens can apply. This is false—Chase allows non-citizens with proper documentation like passports or ITINs to open accounts. It’s disappointing to see employees misinformed and potentially discriminating. Chase needs to do better with training and customer care. Financial access should never be denied based on misinformation.
The Manager was rude and condescending. Never going back.
