Generally great service. Walking can get busy, sometimes you will need to make an appointments.
They didn’t wanna cash a check from Chase. This bank sucks.

Orlando gomez is a terrible manager. Terrible customer service and keeps getting away with treating customers horribly and lying about how things happened. I made a formal complaint about him and he had the bank close my credit cards and bank accounts. 22 years with no problems till a little man as a branch manager decides to lie and get away with horrible customer service . Chase should do better.
I don’t get the bad reviews, they had a lot of people working and were very nice and helpful
