The branch manager told me what I did outside of the bank, I told him he wasnt there and not to gaslight me and he kicked me out of the bank just now. I will be reporting him to Chase. I cannot imagine this is acceptable behavior of a Branch Manager. I told him he is so unprofessional and he shut the slider door on my face. Chase will be hearing from me.
Avoid this bank at all cost stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for a teller then the cash one of their own checks they want to charge me $10. The place is a freaking joke and a scam.

So I started the process of transferring my father's bank account under my name. I went to the bank three times already to start the transfer. The first time they told me I needed the death certificate so I went to vital records and got the death certificate and brought it back.
