By far the worse Chase bank. The ATM rarely works and today was one of those days. Why do I even attempt to go here anymore?
I haven't had the best experience at other locations, but this one def. exceeds expectations. They were very welcoming when I came into the building and as I waited for my appointment, multiple employees greeted me. The biggest standout factor for me was meeting Dylan Kepes. Of course in his position, you already expect him to have the knowledge to do his job, but where I was impressed, was from his level of empathy and how he connected with us.
