You can’t even make a cash deposit for someone. What a POS bank. My friend is fighting cancer and she went to Boston for treatment. They won’t even let me deposit her benefit money. No one should bank with Chase!! What if you were stuck in a situation and needed someone to deposit cash for you…you’re screwed.
