WORST costumer services EVER. PLEASE RUN AWAY. I walked in to the bank at 3:45am to open a savings account. the front lady ( older blond, blue eyes) basically said is too late to help me. "WE CLOSE AT 5:00pm. She stated that the bankers are already behind on their on lone appts. One of the bankers was talking to a teller, just chatting. I felt Ignored and Discriminated, WORST FEELING EVER! She kept repeating "well we close at 5:00pm" and it was 3:45Pm.

I usually have a great experience here since I come often, and the staff is always so nice. However, today was different. A lady named Leticia (or something like that) was extremely rude. I was simply asking a question—if it couldn’t be done, that’s fine, but there’s no need to be rude about it. As the front-facing person that customers first encounter, it’s important to represent the branch with respect and professionalism.

This review pertains to Chase bank in general. My folks who recently passed away (ages 96 and 93) were the victims of debt card wire fraud (caregiver used a cash app to send over $3K to her son). In addition, she stole the monthly statement that contained the first instance of the fraud. Long story short, after combing through all of the bank records we found the first fraud after having submitted claims for the remainder, many of which exceeded the 60 day cutoff for reimbursement.
