It’s absolutely absurd that you stand on your nonsense rules about cash deposits. There is zero reason but you quote made up nonsense to excuse not serving people. It’s insane. You are not the government. You are a bank and here to serve. Pathetic. And we both know you made up the lie. If I had a choice to never bank with you again, I absolutely would!!! For sure, I’m done with this branch. This doesn’t happen at other ones!!

Very helpful, the young lady that helped me went out of her way to make sure all my needs and questions had been taken care of.
Why isn’t anyone answering the phone? What’s the point of having a phone if no one picks it up?
WORST costumer services EVER. PLEASE RUN AWAY. I walked in to the bank at 3:45am to open a savings account. the front lady ( older blond, blue eyes) basically said is too late to help me. "WE CLOSE AT 5:00pm. She stated that the bankers are already behind on their on lone appts. One of the bankers was talking to a teller, just chatting. I felt Ignored and Discriminated, WORST FEELING EVER! She kept repeating "well we close at 5:00pm" and it was 3:45Pm.
