I visited this Chase branch today and I had a wonderful experience with Anshumi. She’s always welcoming and helpful. The whole team is amazing overthere.
Customer support! They even if did not give me a small envelope for the cash money!
Drove 20 minutes to find out that drive through atm is not working, manager at this location doesn’t know how to talk to customers, hires the same “professional”people just like himself, whole crew is bad, this location needs significant changes, other reviews confirm this as well, 2.7 stars at this location says it all, manager didn’t even try to help me, just sent me home, unacceptable treatment by Chase Bank, first time thought of switching to a different bank, have 7 different business accounts with them
Patric is amazing! Had an issue with my auto loan due to a dealer mistake, but Patric was incredibly helpful and empathetic. He spent time making calls and got it all sorted out. He also gave me great financial advice for my personal banking. I was lucky to have him help me today!
