I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at the branch. The bankers came across as rude and unprofessional, and a simple check deposit took over 40 minutes, which honestly felt ridiculous. I’ve never had this kind of issue at any other branch. I kindly asked why depositing checks was taking so long and mentioned that no other branch has ever handled it this way. I had went to deposit some checks the other day and the two ladies who were 'helping' me were some of the rudest people I have encountered. I have never had to RE-authorize these checks even at this specific branch, wasted 40 minutes of my time and when I tried to ask a question about MY OWN checks she interrupted me and gave me attitude. If you don't like your job don't make everyone else's visit miserable.
