Waited for 15 minutes and they let a couple cut me. This is one of the reasons I am shutting down all my accounts there.

To many negative critics posted here. Chase Bank on South. St. is a fine bank. The staff there is very helpful and courteous.
No public bathrooms unless you open another account with them.
