Although it’s conveniently located inside of an H‑E‑B, none of the previous reviews have yet mentioned that it is currently closed(including the atm) and is not free standing. Go to the Chase bank on University ave in Georgetown for a drive through bank that is free standing and is currently open.
Parking lot is awful, install some more speed bumps. Too many people whip thru doing 30 mph dodging traffic light.
Slow, long wait, but friendly staff and good customer service. Branch needs more employees to support customer volume.
