Excellent service all the way around. Super friendly all the time. I was hacked through a text message and Chase bank was able to block the illegal $$ wire transfer and saved the day with the quickness. Plus Chase has the best banking app in the industry.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Chase Bank. I visited the branch to request notary service, the notary lady Cindy instead of helping professionally, I felt judged based on my appearance. The staff refused to provide assistance and made the experience uncomfortable and disrespectful and discrimination. I have did the same service before without any issue in different state at Chase branches! Customers should be treated equally and respectfully regardless of how they look.
