Very disappointed with the customer service at Chase Bank. I visited the branch to request notary service, the notary lady Cindy instead of helping professionally, I felt judged based on my appearance. The staff refused to provide assistance and made the experience uncomfortable and disrespectful and discrimination. I have did the same service before without any issue in different state at Chase branches! Customers should be treated equally and respectfully regardless of how they look. Huge place but short stuff
Staff are nice but the management never schedules enough tellers. There is always a line and only 1-2 people working. You will be here for 30 minutes if there are more than 3 people in line.
This morning, I had an urgent issue to take care of at the bank. The lady with glasses and pretty red nails, standing in the middle of inside bank, gave me such a big help! I forgot asking your name, ma'am, but thank you so much!
