Worst Chase bank drive-through I've ever experienced. Extremely slow. Rude staff. There was no one else in the drive-through, yet no one greeted me. There was no capsule to send the money through or to fill out a slip for. I had to press the call button to ask for that. Then I put the cash in and for some reason it sends it back to me right away. Apparently you aren't supposed to close the capsule yourself like everywhere else. So your cash could easily just fall out in the meantime, in my opinion. Thankfully, I had a Ziploc... read more
Bring a book.
This place are wonderful staff trained .. they have the best service..ever... they took them time to looking for the new 100 bill for me and miss Lisa was amazing .. so sweet.and she gave for me the Luna new year envelopes and calendar..too... Hopefully every where need to training the staff like that .. so welcome and not racist ... thanks yall so much ..
