Have had an absolutely positive experience opening up a few business accounts at this location with the help of Bj Duehr. He knows his stuff! Chase is obviously a big bank, but it’s nice to have the personal attention he offered.
One of the worst experience I had at this branch! Told bunch of wrong things by banker (Logan) about wire transfer to lock me in with new account. Later to found out even with new virtual account also i got charged with fees! Manager was too busy to get on call with me; visited branch again but again manager is hard to reach. They should seriously reconsider this branch as PNC reputation.
