Amazing bank! Jeff, Nathan, Andy. And BJ were absolutely phenomenal over the course that I've been coming to this Bank. The service is exceptional and they are a pleasure to work with.
A poorly managed and inconvenient location. This is mainly due to fact that it's a location that's central to this immediate area and they don't have a single teller machine inside the lobby. It would cut down the teller service line during busier times of the day.
I have been a loyal Chase customer since 2013, holding multiple personal and corporate accounts with Chase. Today , I visited this branch to deposit a cashier’s check made out to my married name—a process I have completed without issue at other Chase locations, including our regularly used branch. However, the teller refused to deposit the check. Seeking clarity, I went inside and was again told I could not deposit or endorse the check to myself.
