Zach Hernandez is the by far best client manager you’ll find, he knows his stuff and wants to help you. He’s also just a pure, nice guy. That’s how this entire branch is: extremely helpful, nice, and will find the best options Chase has that you probably don’t know about.

Took my elderly mother in to handle some banking. A “manager on duty” Zack, tried to bully my mother into set up accounts she did not need. It is extremely sad that people are like this in the world. Avoid at all costs. Especially if the teller's name is America. I tried to do a wire and it took 5 tries to get the number right. Wires do not have a way to recoup the funds if they are sent wrong! Another time we needed a notary and what a suprise but America is their one and only qualified Notary. She did not write her whole name and needed to be reminded to use her stamp!
