Chris, the branch manager, literally just saved my family and I from homelessness. He helped us resolve a hold on my account that everyone else told us was unavoidable. Because of that, myself, my wife, and our two kids will be able to get caught up and will keep a roof over our heads. I can’t begin to express my appreciation and thanks. Chris, if you monitor these reviews, just know that I can’t thank you enough for your help and that you literally saved us.
Very unprofessional Chris the branch manger doesn’t know how to handle customer service at all. Fact of the matter is I was billed twice for $1,800. Even after showing proof that I was billed twice by accident from chase, Chase not the branch manger wanted to do anything about it. So now I’m out money and being a small business this hurts… Closed my accounts and going elsewhere.
