I got amazing service from Michell Fedorchuk. She has been my personal banker for about 10 years and worked with me today to get a car loan. I got approved and was able to walk into a dealership to pick a truck my son wanted. Easy Peasy! It sure took a lot of hassle out of the car shopping going in with a loan approval. If you need a banker, I definitely recommend Michelle.

I would love to talk to a manager about my terrible experience with the inept person who handled my issue ("handled" inappropriately.) Google posts this as a 5 star review...I selected the 1 star review...I would say NO STARS FOR YOU.
