i went in to little elm location for a fraudulent account. i had seen the reviews and was dreading going in but when i got to the counter and explained my situation the person seemed concerned and willing to help but when she went to talk to someone about reporting the issue she came back and said they were too busy and to call the number on back or go to another location. so letting others know they dont care about identity theft. i suggest go to the location off main and teel, i was greeted walking in, they showed compassi... read more

Had a very disappointing experience at the Little Elm Chase branch today. After trying multiple times to call the branch to schedule an appointment and never getting an answer, we went in person to open an account for my teenage daughter, as instructed. Once there, we were met with unhelpful staff and a branch manager who refused to assist or even speak with me directly.
