Horrible experience! Been to this branch multiple times so i can add my email to my acct and my phone number. They told me it was updated twice. Would leave and i still would get none of my banking alerts. Went into this branch today to finally figure it out. Helped by banker who told me her appt came in and could i wait 10 min. So i did. Then she passed me off to a teller who couldn’t help and said she would help me again shortly. Multiply other people kept getting helped and she never helped me again.
