This bank is crooked. We have power of attorney over an elderly gentleman we take care of. The bank used our POA to create a bank account in his name. They used our POA to deposit a large sum of money. Now they're telling us our POA is not valid and we have no access to the money. We don't know how we're going to make the bill for his retirement facility. Do not bank here! I'll be closing all my other accounts as soon as possible.

I opened a business bank account two months ago and the teller sent our business cards to the wrong address after emailing and speaking with them (The Branch). Worst chase bank ever.
i went in to little elm location for a fraudulent account. i had seen the reviews and was dreading going in but when i got to the counter and explained my situation the person seemed concerned and willing to help but when she went to talk to someone about reporting the issue she came back and said they were too busy and to call the number on back or go to another location. so letting others know they dont care about identity theft. i suggest go to the location off main and teel, i was greeted walking in, they showed compassi... read more
