Always excuses they never do them job
Ms. Tugba contacted me several times to convince me to apply for a credit card. I clearly stated that I did not want to apply unless approval was guaranteed, as I was concerned about the impact on my credit score. She assured me that rejection was pretty unlikely given my payment history. Based on her promises, I proceeded with the application.
