Very bad service.
Been a customer for many years. They keep improving. And unfortunately keep closing branches.
It's supposed to be -Star ( but without press ⭐️ I cannot start reviewing) Completely very very poor service!!! and all employees provide different information. Then said misunderstanding ( even they know it’s there mistakes , don’t know how to say it sorry) . They Are dumb. I want to write more !! But ……..
Make sure, whoever is calling from this bank is confirming who they are calling for and NOT "the owner to this phone"... I suspect someone's making fraudulent calls on y'all's behalf.
