Hoy fui al Banco Chase de Paterson NJ que queda en la Market St.la supervisora del Banco tuvo un trato discriminatorio conmigo y agresiva. Excelente servicio
I’ve been trying to call since 11am, it is now 3pm. If you have any questions DO NOT CALL. They will pick up and hang up on you or just not answer AT ALL!!!!! Everything needs to be done IN PERSON. Even if it is just one question don’t call. They WILL NOT ANSWER!!!
Speaking from personal experience This is by far the worst chase bank that Ive been to. The tellers are there just for a paycheck and are not helpful at all! They need better training or to work somewhere with less responsibility.I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN mind you ive been with chase bank for over 10 years and have used their services and locations from florida and Virginia to Pennsylvania.
Fui al chase bank a resolver un asunto de que me rrobaron 2 cheques a my nombre de my trabajo y los depositaron en ese banco y fui a preguntar en que cuenta lo depositaron y no me dijeron nada no entiendo cómo alguien puede ir a un banco y depositar cheques de otra persona sin un ID y hay lo aceptan tendré que ir ala policía si esto no se resuelve
