I stopped to get cash at the ATM at this branch but it was not working so I went inside the bank. KATELYN cashbox #03 has the worst attitude of ANY bank teller that I have encountered! She did not greet me, did not count the cash nor did she ask if I needed anything else! Whatever is going on with her personally, she needs a reality check that she is representing CHASE BANK! I will avoid this branch at all costs moving forward and have advised plenty of others as well. No one needs to tolerate her bad days!
