Worst Chase location. The wait is always so long just to get anything done.
Tina was absolutely amazing. She helped me and my mother from the moment we walked in, and she was so professional and very kind.
This location is ghetto and unprofessional. They steal peoples’ government paperwork and don’t even get back to you about opening up an account. They never called me back. One worker in particular named Shawana or whatever her name is stole my social security documents of my son and never admitted it to the branch manager. Nor was she reprimanded for her actions.
