Small bank, but excellent service. Staff greets you as you enter and are very helpful.
This Chase Bank location, and their skilled organization, has distinguished themselves, with being knowledgeable, helpful and paying personal attention. The VP, Ms. Ramona Dima, actually leads by example. Ms. Dima, stayed with me after hours to complete a wire transfer verification process. That is above and beyond, anywhere. I appreciate the respect that this management style generates, seeing the organization is all on board. That is Leadership. Give this bank a chance. You will be glad you did.
