My experience in meeting with Chase bankers, specifically at this branch, is a waste of time, shows their greediness and that there are no checks and balances for their banking practices. Horrible and deceptive business practices. Not limited to opening a CD after which we had instructed to cancel the transaction because of the inability to find a manager to sign off on the transaction. Following in the footsteps of Wells Fargo
Bankers and Branch Managers only care about their bottom line monthly account openings and figures. If they send you to somebody within the company, it's only to achieve their bonuses for account openings/mortgage volume/assets under control. Stay away if you care about your money and time. So many better banks that care to form relationships with their customers instead of chasing every dollar they can scrape from you.
Not very helpful, the notary (Hiral Shah) was the worst representation of Customer Service at Chase. I am dissappointed in Chase for even allowing her to represent the Chase brand soo poorly
Not really sure why this location exists. There isn't a teller so you can't make any deposits or withdrawals.
