This is not a full service branch, as much as it is a collection of ATMs and business banking staff. I don’t know why Chase builds these.
This location doesn't let you take withdrawals out unless you have your card.... yet they still have the withdrawal slip.... they tell you just to get Google pay, which isn't even the app used anymore. This location sucks.
Walked into the bank and was immediately turned away because they claimed to not have enough personnel to help me complete a wire transfer. There were two employees working and no other customers inside at the time. This was the most ridiculous interaction I’ve ever had at any bank.
Elizabeth was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to make calls and ask the right questions until everything was resolved. You can immediately tell she has a lot of experience and truly cares about her customers. It’s rare to find someone so patient, knowledgeable, and professional — she made the whole process stress-free. I’m really grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for Elizabeth if you visit this branch!
