I asked to reverse and put stop on Hotwire. They said I had to go to branch...I am nowhere near there or able. This person a USELESS expense for Chase. Chase took my Payroll Protection Plan application, and just denied it, stating that one of the employees was not a resident of the US. I never said that on my application because it's not true. They then said I should reapply, and when I started to do that minute after receiving the notice, it popped up and said that no new applications are being taken. Nice dodge Chase.
