The worst customer service I’ve seen. Been there to ask about Debit Card outside of the U.S they know nothing especially the lead old lady she was terrible talking to me and ignoring me because she doesn’t know the answer!
I just want to take a minute to say how wonderful Rita is at the drive up. She is ALWAYS so pleasant and personable. Rita always makes an extra effort to be sure you know you are a valued customer! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, I hope this Chase branch realizes what a gem they have!
I don’t understand why staff at this branch is so bad.. even simple visit is a coarse experience and more complicated things, like currency exchange, was a complete disaster. I am glad is not my main bank so i don’t need to go there often.
Employees do not even know basic banking procedures.
customer service is extremely rude and makes customers who want to open an account uncomfortable and discriminates
