Terrible service and resolution. I am a guardian over an account holder and have submitted all the proper paperwork needed to access the accounts held by Chase and they are not honoring the paperwork. I have also contacted the lawyer associated with the case and Chase would not speak to her either. Was told a complaint was filed and was to get a call back in 2 business days. She delayed my appointment for almost 30 minutes. The employee was very unprofessional during her talk. As a customer, I was very disappointed and left the bank even without finishing the process.
Don’t open a business checking account with Chase if you plan to do any amount of business. Account was restricted three times for normal withdrawal/zelle transactions. They decided it was too risky to allow us to use them as a normal business would use a bank and closed my account in full. Cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue while our money is tied up.
I love my accounts with Chase and JPMorgan. We’re always greeted with a smile, and the Personal Bankers take great care of all our banking needs. Doug B. is quick to respond and always professional when it comes to our investments. A+ service!
