ATM often fails to read your card entirely. Has been this way for at least a couple years. This past saturday, 8/29...there was no cash to dispense. On a weekend. Getting cash from the ATM is the only service required from branches when they are closed. Even the bare minimum is too much to ask from Chase.
Worst chase bank branch, terrible customer service from Jesus Garcia, wait for so long and the first things that he say is you should make appointment with us, we are very busy, not a greeting, not a sorry, nothing at all, when I ask questions instead of helping, he keep attacking me and get irritated, his speaking tone is so rude, not nice at all, did nothing of explaining the product, and that is my first time get service by him! I am sick and tired of going to this one to find out that the atm is broken. You can build new locations, but you can't fix an ATM that is constantly broken. This location is literally 7 minutes away from my house. And now I have to drive another 10 minutes to get to the next location. And then 17 minutes to get home.
Terrible service and resolution. I am a guardian over an account holder and have submitted all the proper paperwork needed to access the accounts held by Chase and they are not honoring the paperwork. I have also contacted the lawyer associated with the case and Chase would not speak to her either. Was told a complaint was filed and was to get a call back in 2 business days. She delayed my appointment for almost 30 minutes. The employee was very unprofessional during her talk. As a customer, I was very disappointed and left the bank even without finishing the process.
