Worst place ever. Go there to cash a check thinking it was going to get released right away like other banks do. Absolutely NOT THEY WILL HOLD YOUR MONEY FOR 10 DAYS BEFORE ITS RELEASED. Do NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Piss poor! Can't call to make an appointment, Can't leave a vm for call back. The branch does not answer the phone for thier own customer service. Bad bad service would not recommend!
The folks who work here are nice, but unfortunately I’ve still had bad experiences. My partner came in to open a joint account, and to change my legal name on my existing account. We waited at least a 1/2 hr past our appointment time before we were seen (and only after I nudged someone to see if we were forgotten). Once we were seen the process took forever - at least an hour and a half. The manager helped us and was very very chatty. Just opened an account at this branch today and I’m not sure why there are all of the negative reviews. Everyone was in a great mood and extremely helpful. Iman helped me set up my account and was amazing!
