The folks who work here are nice, but unfortunately I’ve still had bad experiences. My partner came in to open a joint account, and to change my legal name on my existing account. We waited at least a 1/2 hr past our appointment time before we were seen (and only after I nudged someone to see if we were forgotten). Once we were seen the process took forever - at least an hour and a half. The manager helped us and was very very chatty. Just opened an account at this branch today and I’m not sure why there are all of the negative reviews. Everyone was in a great mood and extremely helpful. Iman helped me set up my account and was amazing!
This bank number is being used to scam people in New Mexico. They say they’re from Chase and need some information to stop fraud happening on my account…. BTW although I don’t support fossil fuels (horrible fracking in Eastern New Mexico). The lithium mining going on for electric cars and multi purpose batteries doesn’t seem to be any better. 🤷🏽♀️
