The staff at this location is always very quick and willing to help. I havent ever had to wait long...even when it was to meet with a personal banker. Theyre even very helpful when answering my questions over the phone and if they dont have an immediate answer for me theyre always quick to call back as soon as theyve found an answer. I live in Racine but work in pleasant prairie and go out of my way (even with the outrageous gas prices) just to visit this location when I need anything answered. Love this location!
