App constantly forbids me to transfer $ between my own accounts leading to endless frustration, overdraft, and trips in person to the bank. If I need new accts, I'll be opening them at Wells Fargo.
Very disappointing experience with Chase. I arrived at 12:30 PM, and there were no other customers waiting. I was left waiting for about 20 minutes, only to be told that they couldn’t help me until after 2:30 PM. If they weren’t able to assist me, they should have told me from the beginning instead of wasting 20 minutes of my time. Very poor customer service.
Karen is always so useless! I’ve had to encounter her a couple times before and she’s never helpful! Went in to do a wire transfer and she refused to do her due diligence to help get this done! I told her I’ve done the same wire transfer for 2 years now and they always get it done, by pulling up the previous one. And She refuses to! So I had to wait 25 minutes minutes for Priscila who is btw the best!
