Karen is always so useless! I’ve had to encounter her a couple times before and she’s never helpful! Went in to do a wire transfer and she refused to do her due diligence to help get this done! I told her I’ve done the same wire transfer for 2 years now and they always get it done, by pulling up the previous one. And She refuses to! So I had to wait 25 minutes minutes for Priscila who is btw the best!

Eva made my transactions so fast and friendly best interaction with chase I usually hate coming to chase because they give me so much problems asking for 2nd form of identification for a deposit for a company I work for which doesn’t make sense at all but w her she gives me no issues give her a raise
