According to the phone messages, I've been getting a lot of phone calls from you all. I thought banks do not call, if anything, banks only send mails. With so many scanned calls now days, who is responsible for the losses if I answered one bad "Chase"call. You should all stop calling your customers. If it wasn't from you, please report the criminal activities.
Every time I go here, I have a good experience. Today, I probably had the best customer service experience of my life. I had a couple of issues related to my debit card. Jamal, the branch manager, went out of his way to help me. With tough times lately, this made my day. If I owned a bank, I would recruit him and double his pay to do so.
Not very happy with chase bank right now as they have removed the coin counters from their locations due to “cost”. For a bank that makes millions every year off overdraft fees alone it’s almost insane they take away such a basic banking need as a change counter. I spent an hour in the lobby counting out quarters just to deposit them into my checking account. They have no problem charging service fees yet they take away something so basic yet needed. I deposited a significant amount of cash, but they miscounted it and only credited part of it to my account. When I brought this to their attention, their customer service was unhelpful and slow to resolve the issue. It took multiple visits and several days to get the matter sorted out. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, and their poor handling of the situation left me extremely frustrating and dissatisfied.
This is the worst bank i have ever worked with in my life. I gave them three deposits and they messed up two out of three. They cashed checks more than one time and put the funds into two different accounts. I called the manager back to discuss it and he could not care at all! Don't even think about getting a bank account with Chase. Jamal the manager is terrible.
