I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but lately, I am not treated with much respect at the bank on Wash Rd. when dealing with business. It has been a terrible feeling. Staff is not very nice and helpful. I decided to go to another Chase branch. I wrote a nice review a year ago and now I regret it.

Having a greeter posted at the door would clear up a lot of confusion and frustration for people who need financial advising and are bypassed over and over for people who came later. Don't treat your customers as invisible and then boast "priority service."
