Awesome worker bank o but one lady isn’t friendly!
i put a check in payable to a person. they typed the wrong account number. that person called them, and i called them. they would not correct their mistake until i drove back to that exact branch, waited in line again, then they id'd me. they shpuld have corrected their mistake immediately upon finding out, and should have been very apologetic. thet were niether. sort of felt like an on purpose inside job to me. careful going there.
I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years but lately, I am not treated with much respect at the bank on Wash Rd. when dealing with business. It has been a terrible feeling. Staff is not very nice and helpful. I decided to go to another Chase branch. I wrote a nice review a year ago and now I regret it.
