It's a great place to go to!! The staff is great and very helpful! Definitely recommend!!
I get to the bank in this hot weather just to find the place closed even though it says it's open on Google maps, wasting an hour of my time in travel. Fascinating how many people have posted a picture of their hours and yet they still don't update it here. Says on Google, hours were reviewed a week ago by Chase. Funny. Maybe their employees are closing early. Details matter and this bank simply does not respect your time.
In the season of sweltering heat, I get to the banking hall all sweaty and flustered. A kind human notices and comes out of their office to check on me. They offer a cup of cold water that brought me back to the land of the living. At the counter, I am promptly served. I spent about 5 minutes in there and they made my day. Kindness and swift service.
I almost decided to open an account this morning, but the teller was extremely rude about telling me "we don't exchange foreign currency unless you have an account with us" That was never a requirement until recently. Not how you attact new customers.
Terrible bank. They require two factor authentication but only give the option of receiving a text message to your cell phone number. Otherwise you’re locked out of your own account. I tried to send a wire transfer today and after completing two factor authentication 3 times, they called again to verify it’s me making the transaction. I answered 3 security questions about myself and they still couldn’t verify me. Then, Chase canceled the transaction and I went to the bank in person.
