The entire staff is professional and friendly.
Both ATMs not working today -- a Friday!!! And there isn't one inside. One teller has been helpful in the past. Otherwise you'd only get one star.
Try to pick up a cashier's check from my account. I didn't have my Chase debit card, but I did have my driver's license and about 15, not exaggerating, forms of identification including all 3 of my Chase credit cards. They told me I had to have my debit card or they couldn't make the cashier's check. I don't believe that is the actual policy, that just would not make sense.
