Try to pick up a cashier's check from my account. I didn't have my Chase debit card, but I did have my driver's license and about 15, not exaggerating, forms of identification including all 3 of my Chase credit cards. They told me I had to have my debit card or they couldn't make the cashier's check. I don't believe that is the actual policy, that just would not make sense.

I went here to pay on my cc bill. I gave the male teller 100 dollars cash. He gave me a receipt all was well..... The money never made it to my account. It threw me into debt. I had late fees also. I had to pay plus my new bill.... I called no one ever called back. I went spoke with someone nothing was done. They're stealing your hard earned money right in front of u. Now I'm also going to report them to BBB and everyone else
