NEVER use the chase puck as a small business. They will flag and hold your money and then give you the run around, even after providing all requested documentation. It has been a week and now noone from the corporate office will even return our calls. My advice to any business owner is to bank elsewhere.

Be very careful with your accounts at the 90th Street and Shea location. Due to age and deteriorating health condition, I was forced to sell my business last October 31, 2024. Just after the business was sold, I received a "courtesy call" from someone at the bank. I told him I sold the business, but I was glad he had called because I needed to return my $25 a month check cashing scanner and cancel my ACH Collections $50 monthly fee. After having issues at other locations, we knew we could count on Ismael for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely helpful support. He made everything easy and stress-free. What a difference a branch and its personnel can make. Earlier in the day I wasted my time, about 20 minutes worth, waiting at another branch for the teller to deal with his one customer.
