What a difference a branch and its personnel can make. Earlier in the day I wasted my time, about 20 minutes worth, waiting at another branch for the teller to deal with his one customer. It seemed like their conversation was basically more social than business, and I left. While running other errands, I was in the area of the Shea and 90th Street branch. My telephone conversation with Jordan today was unproductive. This is in stark contrast to the exceptional service provided by another employee last week. Chase has repeatedly blocked my card without explanation, and resolution remains outstanding.
Alex Guzman was great. I got the runaround for days dealing with bank matters. He was the only one that took time with me and straightened out a bad situation. He did great, everyone else not at all.
Horrible customer service at this branch. I wheeled my elderly father into the branch and the greeter guided us to our appointment. I turn around and caught her mocking my father in the wheel chair. Also, the branch manager is awful. They make time commitments to you over and over again but fail every time to deliver.
First service is usually courteous and efficient. Saying that I normally am able to do most of my banking through the ATM's wherever i am in the valley. Their location has been having issues for quite awhile. Do NOT use it. Go to another branch. I attempted to make a deposit (same issue I had 4 months ago) and they still have not fixed it (Iwas figuring it was adjusted by now) where the machine give you a heart attack over not giving your card back, and it won't let you do a deposit.
