We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Ismael Flores. We went out of our way to visit his specific branch just so we could receive service from him. After having issues at other locations, we knew we could count on Ismael for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely helpful support. He made everything easy and stress-free. What a difference a branch and its personnel can make. Earlier in the day I wasted my time, about 20 minutes worth, waiting at another branch for the teller to deal with his one customer. My telephone conversation with Jordan today was unproductive. This is in stark contrast to the exceptional service provided by another employee last week. Chase has repeatedly blocked my card without explanation, and resolution remains outstanding.
Alex Guzman was great. I got the runaround for days dealing with bank matters. He was the only one that took time with me and straightened out a bad situation. He did great, everyone else not at all.
Horrible customer service at this branch. I wheeled my elderly father into the branch and the greeter guided us to our appointment. I turn around and caught her mocking my father in the wheel chair. Also, the branch manager is awful. They make time commitments to you over and over again but fail every time to deliver.
