Received an attitude from the teller inside while waiting for her to get off her phone and help me. I mentioned that maybe she shouldn't be on her phone and help the customers. She did not see it the same way.

Refused to provide notary service claiming they couldn’t hold up a non existent line. Demanded I return in an hour. Poor customer service

Judging by other reviews, my recent experience at this branch is the rule and not the exception. The worst customer service experience I have had at any Chase location or bank for that matter. No greeting. No eye contact. Very dismissive. If you like banking with Chase, let me save you some time and go to a different branch or another bank altogether.

Do not come here if you’re wanting all types of services that other Chase offices ALWAYS offer. Apparently their systems don’t work the same as the other Chase banks down the road, and the tellers will deadpan you as if we’re wasting their time. They can’t cash in checks, they can’t be helpful. Being Chase clients for many years, they should tell us where services aren’t provided or just shut down this place if they can’t do anything. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
