First of all, Chase bank is great and I have no intention to disagree with that. However, My mother went to this branch recently and was not served by a male banker just because he did not know how to do it. I said the instruction clearly over the phone but he just insisted he had no authority to get this resolved. Also, just because my mom couldn’t speak English, he asked my mom to go to another bank to open a chase account, even though there was a language line available for chase clients.
