I would like to give a BIG shout out to the lady at Chase Bank in Barboursville for your complete lack of service. I called to ask about a notary for paperwork for my father who recently passed. You told me I couldn’t do it without an account there (after asking me what it was for) and I told you I have plenty of checks from work and I can come open an account because I need one anyway, and you told me “No, I’m not opening an account just so you can get something notarized.
