I've been with this bank since they were Washington Mutual... decades. And they feel it's appropriate to steal $50.02 from me because there were 2 identical charges same location, same day. All but call me a liar and despite their "investigation " have found they will not reimburse their mistake.
I went there a hour before close. They shewed me away and gave me a dirty look as they locked the door. I could’ve cried. It was so rude.
