Using the ATM machines are hit or miss. Irritating.
I wanted to open a checking account and they told me to come back in 3 hours later to fix me in. Mean while the lady the worker that help customers to open checking accounts standing around talking to another worker. I wouldn't bother to come to this chase banking! There rude!
Helpful, responsive team. I had a strange issue I needed help resolving and the banker + tellers were all engaged and helped me on the spot.
