Ordered new debit card on Saturday . I was informed that it would take 5 to 7 days to arrive . Today I m told 6 days later it's going to be here between 8 /8 to 8/12 which means at least 8 days if not more. Also it took 15 minutes to withdraw money from the drive thru. No one was working the drive thru I

Catara and her colleague - whose name I’m forgetting - were super sweet and very helpful. We were dreading having to go into a branch for help based on previous poor experiences (never at this branch) but we were extremely pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service.
