My husband sold a car to a chase bank customer. He was going to open an account with chase with the several thousand dollars he sold the car for. However the young lady who approached then told them that they could not count the money for them nor could they count the money in the bank because they aren’t making a transaction. The man who bought the car has a pretty large amount in the chase account and he was so embarrassed that they wouldn’t count the money for them. I’m currently banking with Chase but not for long. I needed a check cashed, I mentioned if not two or three times that I needed access to those funds that day. Not only am I still waiting for the funds 3 days later. The GM called because I asked for a return phone call from a manager. Irma the GM had a lack of empathy and spoke over me two or three times. These people need to do a little less talking and a little more listening to their customers. If a problem ever occurs with this bank be prepared for excuses not solutions.... read more
