I’m currently banking with Chase but not for long. I needed a check cashed, I mentioned if not two or three times that I needed access to those funds that day. Not only am I still waiting for the funds 3 days later. The GM called because I asked for a return phone call from a manager. Irma the GM had a lack of empathy and spoke over me two or three times. These people need to do a little less talking and a little more listening to their customers. If a problem ever occurs with this bank be prepared for excuses not solutions.... read more

Best Chase branch in Brownsville!! Different from Ruben Torres and Alton gloor branch .. excellent customer service, the front door greeter associate noticed me , gave a customer service smile, asked me how she could help, Associate name Diana Garcia. She notified me the wait time, great professionalism and good communication skills. Sales branch associate Adrian Garcia, very professional and knowledgeable. There's few Chase banks in Brownsville and on top of that the ATM machines hardly ever work. The covid hours definitely do not work for essential employees, by the time we are out, the bank is closed, ATMs not working or have to wait 30 min in line just to withdraw some money..... Can't wait to switch bank. Update 05/01/2024 : Lines are still ridiculously long...Chase obviously doesn't care.
