I don’t bank with Chase, but I needed to cash a check that was drawn on Chase. I was honestly nervous walking in because of the negative reviews I had seen about local branches. I’m very glad to say my experience was the complete opposite. I was greeted and directed to who can helped me when I walked in. The rep who assisted me, Diana, was professional, kind, and pleasant. The process was smooth, and I felt respected the entire time. Thank you, Diana, for the great customer service.

I've had a chase account for about 5 to 6 years and I just called to get some information on my credit card and the representative that answered the line at this branch was very rude and dismissive. Her tone was unbothered and just wanted to pass me along another department. Very disappointed. 8/21/2025
The bank smells like the men's restroom at Arturo's in Nuevo Progreso.. like parts and cigarettes. Seriously clean this place.
