I've had a chase account for about 5 to 6 years and I just called to get some information on my credit card and the representative that answered the line at this branch was very rude and dismissive. Her tone was unbothered and just wanted to pass me along another department. Very disappointed. 8/21/2025
The bank smells like the men's restroom at Arturo's in Nuevo Progreso.. like parts and cigarettes. Seriously clean this place.
My husband sold a car to a chase bank customer. He was going to open an account with chase with the several thousand dollars he sold the car for. However the young lady who approached then told them that they could not count the money for them nor could they count the money in the bank because they aren’t making a transaction. The man who bought the car has a pretty large amount in the chase account and he was so embarrassed that they wouldn’t count the money for them.
