The tellers and bankers here are phenomenal! Shoutout to the young teller with the glasses and curly hair (I forgot their name). They helped me with a transaction and they went above and beyond with their customer service. This made my experience very personable, and it made my day!

I will forever carry the memory of that distressing encounter with this location bank staff, the lady who with long-hair, treated me so discourteously. It’s a rainy day, when I done the inquiry in the Chase Bank and stood outside, much like I would outside any building, waiting for my friend to pick me up. We had a great experience at this Chase location. Thanks to the kind people who were very patient and helped my kids set up their first accounts. They are super excited!
This place charged $10 cash checking fee. Ridiculous!
