The tellers and bankers here are phenomenal! Shoutout to the young teller with the glasses and curly hair (I forgot their name). They helped me with a transaction and they went above and beyond with their customer service. This made my experience very personable, and it made my day!

I will forever carry the memory of that distressing encounter with this location bank staff, the lady who with long-hair, treated me so discourteously. It’s a rainy day, when I done the inquiry in the Chase Bank and stood outside, much like I would outside any building, waiting for my friend to pick me up.
