Gentleman that I have with great and he didn’t rush me, and I will be coming there to do all my banking
Bought a phone from AliExpress, it arrived broken, they tried giving me coupons instead of a replacement despite their ToS. I made a chargeback. Couple days later Chase gave my money back to China. I supplied the bank with proof of chat logs and the ToS of AliExpress purchase, still did nothing. I'm closing my account with Chase and will be banking elsewhere.
Bank doesn’t open until 9 but the atm also seems to be broken when it comes to deposits and won’t accept them. it’s 2024 and y’all are one of the biggest banks. How the hell do you guys have a broken ATM for even a day? 🙄
I was having issues getting my new credit card, it was 1+ months late. The banker here was very courteous and professional and had a "replacement" shipped with UPS in about 1 business day.
