I had an issue with an account I had opened online. I didn’t have an appointment set at this branch, but Holly helped me smooth out the issue anyways and followed up with me the next business day to confirm the issue had been resolved to completion. She was awesome to work with. So friendly and helpful!
I have worked with Chase bank over 15 years. After moving to Rockford over a year ago, this has become my go-to branch. The tellers are very friendly, and all my banking needs are handled quickly.

Bought a phone from AliExpress, it arrived broken, they tried giving me coupons instead of a replacement despite their ToS. I made a chargeback. Couple days later Chase gave my money back to China. I supplied the bank with proof of chat logs and the ToS of AliExpress purchase, still did nothing. I'm closing my account with Chase and will be banking elsewhere.
