The ATM is down majority of the time. My id expired on my birthday and i had to deposit cash. Guy (Eric,Teller/cashbox #1) told me my Concealed Weapon License was NOT government issued. But, I use it at my other banking location and credit union. I had my paper id as well good thing. But a CPL NOT being GOVERNMENT ISSUED was a really weird reply. quite possibly the worst bank in grand rapids. the atm is broken more than it’s working. frustrating.
