Broken ATM
quite possibly the worst bank in grand rapids. the atm is broken more than it’s working. frustrating.
I have contacted them multiple times about getting a container for trash bin so they don't create issues with people freely dumping things in area And manager lacks the decency to do anything ! Constant getting litter in neighborhood! I can see why they only have 2 star rating
I had a bit of an incident today where I NEEDED money out of an account I had just opened online, and the branch manager was so kind in helping me get it figured out so I could get my money today. She has no idea how much she saved the day! Thank you! I wish I had gotten her name.
