I have been with Chase Bank for many years and was conducting business at this particular bank. I want to thank Mariano, Kim, Ana, Frank, and Daniela for being very courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. Unfortunately I will never return to this bank and conduct business again. Be careful of the lead cashier Maura. She is rude and lacks customer service along with the bank manager Nolasco. He couldn't answer simple bank policy questions. Go figure!!
Made an appointment to get 1 form stamped by s notary and they won't do it since it's not for s mortgage. This is after I called the branch to confirm and made an appointment. I think they double booked me and didn't want to take the 30 seconds out of their day to do it for another chase account holder . Annoying since I drove down here and confirmed what the paper I needed notary was for beforehand
atms don't work. they never do. skip coming to this place and find another bank
Followed the best banker, Daniela Duran, from one location to this location and we will continue to follow her wherever she goes! She continues to give us the best service and advice for our money, thank you Daniela!
