Been calling since 8 am, can't get anyone on the phone to answer a simple question
Ms Duran needs to work on her soft/interpersonal skills. Whether it’s 8:00am or 4:58pm. She is still on the clock representing a Bank/Company.
Chase bank threaded me as bad customer i don’t like this bank at all this bank rule to me
I have been with Chase Bank for many years and was conducting business at this particular bank. I want to thank Mariano, Kim, Ana, Frank, and Daniela for being very courteous, helpful, and extremely professional. Unfortunately I will never return to this bank and conduct business again. Be careful of the lead cashier Maura. She is rude and lacks customer service along with the bank manager Nolasco. He couldn't answer simple bank policy questions. Go figure!!
