Can’t thank Daniela D for always willing to help. I’d have to say I’m only with Chase because of her. I have several different banks I use but she is the only one that has helped me consistently and with a smile. Most banks make you call an 800 number and so does Chase but she just gives you the old school bank feel with one on one interaction. Thank you Daniela for all the years no matter the location. My companies thank you and wish they had more of you at Chase.
The lady that helped identify me so that I could reset my password said wait about 30 minutes and sign on. Did not work phone assist did not work, the system is self help but no way to help yourself if you cannot get signed in, it’s been four days multiple calls and no real help! Time to find a better customer service bank.
