They need to hire someone who knows what they are doing. And costumer service needs to be fix because they give you attitude if you are not happy with their service.The manager are super rude!rather drive 10 more minutes and go to 31 state branch and get the service you need without feeling like you are unwanted

My personal banker at this location has gone the extra mile for me - she knows my name, checks in with me and solves problems when I have them.
Chase offered brilliant service! Was able to order foreign currency (British Pounds £) in the afternoon on a Monday and was told it would take 3 business days and may not be available for pick up until Thursday. I recieved a call Tuesday late afternoon letting me know that my Pounds (£) were available for pick up!
