Not enough people to work and we were the only people there and were told that we’d have to leave and come back tomorrow when we came 40 minutes before they closed
This bank used to be personable and care about the customer. I’ve been banking through chase with 5 accounts 2 being business and went to open my son a checking account. Got there at 4:15 was told they couldn’t do it although prior when we spoke to a banker they said it would take 30-45 minutes. I’ll be closing my account in the near future and finding a bank that’s more personable and focused on the customer relationship.
Tried to transfer funds, got declined, wanted to try a different amount and this Branch told me I could only try one time at this location for 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.
They need to hire someone who knows what they are doing. And costumer service needs to be fix because they give you attitude if you are not happy with their service.The manager are super rude!rather drive 10 more minutes and go to 31 state branch and get the service you need without feeling like you are unwanted
