Wanted to open an account was told no was there that could help. Asked if they knew another branch that could help, was told how would we know. Rather just drive to Beech Grove and use my Everwise account.
Not enough people to work and we were the only people there and were told that we’d have to leave and come back tomorrow when we came 40 minutes before they closed
This bank used to be personable and care about the customer. I’ve been banking through chase with 5 accounts 2 being business and went to open my son a checking account. Got there at 4:15 was told they couldn’t do it although prior when we spoke to a banker they said it would take 30-45 minutes. I’ll be closing my account in the near future and finding a bank that’s more personable and focused on the customer relationship.
