Very clean facilities. Friendly associates.
This branch needs help with their business banking customer service. It’s like a Dave Chapel skit. I think they borrowed the motto from PopCopy: “We’re not happy, until you’re not happy.” I would’ve preferred to just open the account online I’m sure my experience would’ve been much more pleasant. Edit: Just met with Sara who is a business banker and had one of the best experiences I’ve had in business banking. So if you’re going to schedule an appointment with someone from that branch, make sure it’s with Sarah!
Their ATM says if you have Apple pay then can unlock the entrance to go inside and use ATM. however it is useless
They will take your money after releasing a hold and issue another hold under the blanket term “suspicion” even if you verify everything and prove it is not. I even have proof the issuer of the check released the funds from a million dollar account 48 hours prior. 2 representatives AND this branch manager agreed the bank was at fault. After hundreds of thousands through 4 accounts over 17 years the mysterious “back office” refused any resolution.
